If he prayed for courage, does God give him courage, or does he give him opportunities to be courageous? If someone prayed for the family to be closer, do you think God zaps them with warm fuzzy feelings, or does he give them opportunities to love each other? "
contemplated on this a bit and it hit me. That's why when we pray God grants our prayers in his time and not our time because he knows what's best for us. I asked a couple people which movie they thought was better, Bruce Almighty or Evan Almighty. I agree Bruce Almighty was a better film, a bit more realistic than Evan Almighty but both were good movies.
