"Boys day out": Around the Island

So at first willi asked if i wanted to go around the island. I said yeah why not, give that I am on vacation, on top of that, I didnt have a car to get around, plus i get to cruise in the slammed TL of his. He wanted to clear his mind and just do something random. I later found that Marvin was off from work, plus Derrick had the day off. We packed that TL like gangersters in an ACura, only, it was vip style :D. headed to the north shore, it was nice and sunny. then passed waimeas and down to kahuku. After Laie we decided to drop by the "byodo temple" at valley of the temples. It was nice and peaceful there, of course we had to be quiet because it was a cemetary.
Upon our entrance, the guy hooked it up $1/person instead of $4. Kama'aina rate. One of the many reasons why I love Hawaii. We went in, took a couple of pics and I hit the gong, for our futures and for Good luck. The koi in the ponds were beautiful. We removed our slippers before entering the temple. Once we got in we saw this huge buddha statue with the aroma of incense burning through the air. It makes you wonder how'd they get that statue in there. Walked around a bit more and then headed towards kailua/waimanalo/ and makapu'u. The further East we drove the nicer the ocean got. It was a nice turquoise aqua color. AS you see in the pics, the water was nice and clear. Again we took some pics enjoying ourselves. LAST STOP :zippys! funny how that's their motto, it was our last stop. then we made our way home through the rush our traffic from Kahala back to waipahu.
